GRIFFIN of EASTON

We have now opened our brand-new fine Stationery and Artists’ Materials shop, Griffin of Easton, at Easton Walled Gardens.

The shop offers visitors an enchanting blend of quality artists supplies and fine stationery. Curated by garden owner Ursula Cholmeley and her son Monty, the store is a haven for artists and stationery aficionados alike.

Reflecting Ursula Cholmeley’s love of both gardening and the written word, the new shop showcases a thoughtfully curated collection of lifestyle and gardening books, complemented by a selection of exquisite stationery items. From captivating reads to fine writing instruments, there will be something to inspire every visitor. Next door in the old clock tower you will find a beautiful array of artists’ materials including Wallace Seymour and A Gallo’s fine paints. Papers and brushes come from the UK and around the world and we stock Caran D’ache luminance and watercolour pencils.

The store also features a selection of children’s authors, handbooks, interesting books for naturalists and the latest culinary delights for keen cooks.

Open during our usual Garden opening hours the shop can be visited without having to pay to go into the Gardens, just like The Courtyard Shop and The Coffee Room.
