The team at the Easton Estate is closely-knit and community-driven. Together, we’re responsible for nurturing the natural spaces of the valley, sustainably managing our land and maintaining our long-standing buildings.
Our team create the refreshing experiences our visitors and guests love, curate carefully selected products for the Courtyard shop, cultivate crops and rear livestock, and manage our ancient woodlands.

Current vacancies:
The Easton Estate is looking for a senior gardener to help run Easton Walled Gardens, a private garden and the holiday lets’ outside space. This is a full time varied position for someone looking to progress their career in horticultural management. Applicants should have horticultural qualifications and some experience running a gardening team at management level. We have a great team delivering a very high standard of gardening to our visitors so this would suit someone who is looking to progress their career towards head gardener.
Duties include working with the head gardener and running small teams (and occasionally volunteers) working on borders, managing meadows, taking responsibility of individual gardens within the holiday lets. We are looking for a hard working, flexible attitude and an ability to inspire others. We are a friendly team who work together to produce some beautiful gardens. - Full Time, Monday to Friday . Occasional Extra weekend duties are required on a rota basis.
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- The job involves carrying out demanding and repetitive physical tasks.
We are also looking for someone to work part time in a private garden in the village managing chickens, bins, dogs and logs. Please get in touch for more details.
