Botanical Art Exhibition

Saturday 15th February - Sunday 15th March (On our usual open days)

Art and science collide to produce the exquisite art form that is botanical illustration and painting. Botanical art celebrates the wonder of the natural beauty that surrounds us and Easton Walled Gardens are pleased to host its’ third annual Botanical Art exhibition, featuring the stunning work of three inspirational and well-respected artists. Each artist will interpret the subject of British Wildflowers through the challenging and demanding medium of botanical illustration and painting. Delve into the inside world of British wildflowers in this exhibition, with work which shows the intricate details of native flowers, including enlarged drawings of dissections, revealing their hidden detail.

The exhibition, which takes place in the beautifully restored Coach House, will run in conjunction with Snowdrop week from Saturday 15th February and will remain open for viewing on our usual open days up until Sunday 15th March. Entry is included in the garden admission fee.

Mother's day

Sunday 22nd March

What better place to spend Mother's Day than here at Easton Walled Gardens? The spring bulbs in the cedar meadow will be in flower and we recommend a wander through the woodland walk to view the delicate nodding heads of the Hellebores, which seem to flower forever. Daffodils and Tulips are in flower throughout the gardens and blossom decorates the hedges and trees. Birds are singing and nesting.
Explore 12 acres of relaxing, inspiring gardens and then stop off at the tea room for a light lunch or cream tea. You're also welcome to bring a picnic if the weather is fair.

Dog Days

Sundays, throughout August, 4pm - 6pm

We are real dog lovers here at Easton but owing to the nature of the gardens, we are unable to let them visit on a daily basis. With this in mind, we decided to welcome your four-legged friends on special 'Dog Days'. Every Sunday in August, from 4 - 6pm, you can bring along your well-behaved best friend for a lovely evening walk in the gardens.  There is a bowl of water and a dog biscuit for those that join their owners for a cup of tea in the tearoom too!

Please avoid bringing dogs that are in season, thank you.

It's the simple things in life that matter and we want to share those things with you. If you don't fancy making up your own picnic, the tearoom will be open selling delicious light lunches, homemade cakes and cream teas. All you'll need is a blanket!

Why not make the day extra special and book the Meadow Retreat for the day:
