Our very popular Pumpkin Rolling will be happening again this half term. we welcome children of all ages to roll pumpkins down the grass terraces, the furthest roller wins! When you are worn out from pumpkin rolling, kicking balls or hula hooping on the lawns and collecting letters on the wren trail, cool off by planting your own bulb to take home. The tearoom will be open serving warming food and cake, or, if the weather is fine, bring your own picnic.
New this year, we are hosting 3 children's mini chocolate workshops! Designed specifically for children, this halloween-themed mini workshop will have children hand rolling their own truffles, piping caramels and dipping chunks of honeycomb before making up boxes to package up their handmade goodies to take away.
Please note that during this time, there will be an extra charge of £2 per child on top of normal garden admission fees but this will cover all activities available throughout the gardens, with the exception of the Halloween Story Walks and Mini Chocolate Workshops.
Thursday 26th October, 1pm & 2.30pm

Easton Walled Gardens is well known for it’s quintessentially English, artisan vibe so what better place to bring together over 20 stalls of the finest local artisan produce? Exhibitors at the Artisan Food Fair on 19th November will include liqueurs, puddings, pies, chocolate, meat, wines, preserves, cheese, fudge, a brewery and of course Davina's Cakes!
As well as delicious produce and the opportunity to get some Christmas shopping done, the gardens will be open for you to wander at your leisure. The 400-year-old, 12-acre gardens are a relaxing, rural retreat. Fading autumn colours will be giving way to winter hues and you may see the gardening team planting out spring bulbs and the gardens being prepared for the 2018 season. It’s a chance to see the gardens from a completely different perspective.

Wrap up warm for a winter walk full of snowdrops and winter flowers. We vary the pace with small displays in the alpine bed to great drifts on the snowdrop bank. Pink Cyclamen, yellow aconites and exquisite irises and crocuses mingle with single and double snowdrops and unusual hellebores in the woodland walk.
Enjoy delicious teas and homemade light lunches in the tearoom and follow the amazing story of these ancient gardens in the history room. Snowdrops, hellebores and other winter plants for sale in our shop.

Easton Walled Gardens is excited to announce their first Botanical Art Exhibition, titled;
‘A Year in the Garden’. Come and see three accomplished and talented artists interpret the seasons through botanical illustration and painting. They use extraordinary observation skills to reproduce the beauty and detail of the natural world.
The exhibition will take place in the Coach House at Easton Walled Gardens and entry is included with your garden admission fee.
