Workshop Cancellation Policy
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR PLACE:-
Friends and family are welcome to attend a workshop in your place, provided we have been notified at least two working days before the workshop begins. You will need to provide us with the name and contact details of anyone attending in your place.
If you give us more than 4 weeks notice before the workshop starts – we will transfer you to another workshop of the same value or you can receive a full refund of your payment.
If you give us less than 4 weeks notice before the workshop starts – we will transfer you to another workshop of the same value, but no refund will be available.
Workshop places purchased as gifts carry the same Cancellation Policy.
IF WE CANCEL A WORKSHOP:-
Easton Walled Gardens is entitled to cancel any workshop at any time. In these cases you will be contacted and given the option to transfer to another workshop of the same value or receive a full refund of your payment.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process your order in 3-5 working days.
We will treat each order for goods, confirmed when you click on the "[Order]" button on the Order Screen, as an offer by you to purchase the goods and services subject to these terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and we shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of goods set out in your order. We shall confirm each order in writing but you would be advised to print out the Order Screen before leaving this website. Our written confirmation shall be our acceptance of the contract between us.
You may pay using MasterCard, Visa credit card, Delta or Switch debit card. Easton Walled Gardens does not offer any credit facilities, so we will not deliver goods to you if you do not pay for your order in full at the time of ordering. We use tested encryption software in an attempt to keep the information submitted by you secure. However, we cannot guarantee that any messages transmitted over the Internet, including those that include credit card details, will not be corrupted or intercepted by a third party. To the fullest extent permitted by law Easton Walled Gardens excludes all liability for the integrity of any messages sent to or received from Easton Walled Gardens.
Payment will not be taken from your card until your goods are ready for despatch with the exception of plants or seeds that are indicated as SEASONAL DELIVERY. For these, full payment will be taken from your card at the time of order to ensure your card details are not stored. If you prefer to pay for these at time of despatch please email us and we will take a card order by phone at time of despatch.
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. Any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery. Where an alternative delivery point is used according to instructions supplied by you at the time of ordering, ownership of the goods shall pass to you once the goods have been delivered, even if the goods have not been received by you in person.
All prices include VAT, where applicable.
For orders outside the UK we will contact you first to advise shipping charges - your order will not be dispatched until you confirm acceptance of the charges. US delivery: We regret that we cannot supply seed to the United States without the necessary certification being obtained by the buyer in advance.
Returns and Replacements
Cancellation of orders will only be accepted if an email is received by Easton Walled Gardens within fourteen working days from receipt of the goods. The email or written notice must contain your order number, name and address. Easton Walled Gardens will confirm any cancellation by email and will repay you within 30 days from receipt of your cancellation without any further charge to you except the direct cost of returning the goods.
If you are having trouble with seeds, which may not be sown until much later than the delivery date, please remember that we can only replace seeds that have been stored in correct conditions prior to sowing and cannot replace seed eaten by mice or lost through bad husbandry. Please contact the office for advice and/or replacements.
The limit of our liability to you is the making up of any shortfall, replacement, refund of the price of the goods as provided for. We are not responsible to you to any greater extent and in particular we are not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss (including without limitation financial loss such as loss of profit, or otherwise) which you may incur for whatever reason, as a consequence of our failure to comply with these terms and conditions. This term does not operate to exclude or limit our liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Easton Walled Gardens warrants that all goods promoted for sale on this site are of satisfactory quality. Specifications on this website of the goods to be sold, are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the goods.
We reserve the right to:(i) make any changes in the specification necessary to comply with any applicable legal requirements; and (ii) change the specification published on this website provided this does not materially affect the quality or performance of the goods. In all other respects, and to the maximum extent permissible, We make no other warranties or promises about the goods, and any implied warranties are excluded.
