Sweet Pea 'Frances Kate'

Lathyrus odoratus 'Frances Kate'

Bred by Roger Parsons, the national collection holder of Sweet Peas, this beautiful sweet pea is very stable and showing great quality. The flowers are described as a navy blue stripe on a white ground and are particularly good for cutting. Very striking and worth growing with strong colours such as Joyce Stanton.

Sweet pea seed grown and harvested with such care needs a suitable container to keep the seed stable and dry. The Easton Collection is now available in fully recyclable tins. Decorated in a pattern designed by Ursula Cholmeley, the tin reflects colours found in arts and crafts motifs of the Edwardian Era when sweet peas were as highly valued at Easton as they are today.
