An easy annual to grow. The bright orange petals have red backs making this the most refined of the calendula tribe. Can be used in the border to attract wildlife or in the vegetable garden as a companion plant. Grows to about 18" high is used traditionally in borders, cutflower and herb gardens and cottage gardens. The petals can be scattered in salads and made into tinctures.
Easy to grow, the curly seeds can be sown in situ in Spring or Early summer.
Enough seed for around 20 plants. Each plant will cover a space about the size of a large plate.
