Handmade watercolour set of six individually wrapped full pans in a metal tin with two mixing surfaces, a colour chart printed on Arches watercolour paper, and an artist grade pocket brush by Tintoretto size 8. This Signature set is packaged with original marbled paper by a Florentine artisan workshop and comes inside an elegant gift box.

Made by hand in Assisi, A. Gallo’s watercolours are crafted according to a traditional recipe of raw pigments, gum arabic, local honey, rosemary essential oil and a wetting agent. This artisanal process creates a very pigmented and luminous paint that activates beautifully when wet.

Includes six exquisite earth, mineral and plant based pigments:

Quinacridone gold (PY150, PR101, PV19) – Excellent lightfastness
Quinacridone magenta (PR122) – Good lightfastness
Transparent red oxide (PR101) – Excellent lightfastness
Olive green deep (PY154, PY110, PB29) – Excellent lightfastness
Harbor blue (PB15:3, PBr8) – Excellent lightfastness
Notturno (PB29, PR101, PV19) – Excellent lightfastness

A. Gallo Colours are 100% handmade. Pans may contain small imperfections like tiny bubbles and minor blemishes. This does not affect the quality of the paint and is a sign of the human touch that goes into making each and every unique pan!

Handmade in Italy, A. Gallo’s watercolours are crafted according to a traditional recipe of raw pigments, gum arabic from the acacia tree, local honey from Umbria and rosemary essential oil. Every batch of paint is made from premium pigments and hand poured into pans. This intensive process creates a very pigmented, luminous, and pure paint with excellent lightfastness that activates beautifully when wet.

Half pans present a choking hazard and are not intended for use by children. Please also keep out of reach of pets. A. Gallo Colours are all cadmium, cobalt, lead and mercury free.
