Easton Walled Gardens is proud to have won the Highly Commended award for the Hidden Gem Category at the 2017 Hudson’s Heritage Awards. Established in 2011, the awards are an independently judged, annual, national scheme open to historic houses, gardens, museums and heritage sites; celebrating the very best visitor experiences.
Located in the Lincolnshire Vales this ancient 12 acre garden has been restored over the past sixteen years from a wilderness into one of the UK’s leading garden attractions. The gardens include meadows, roses, sweet peas, spring bulbs and shrubs, cutflower and vegetable gardens.
Penelope, Viscountess Cobham, CBE, Chairman of Visit England presented the awards at Goldsmiths Hall in London with invited guests including owners and managers of the winning entries, representatives of the heritage tourist industry and the media.
The team are delighted to have the acknowledgment and recognition that Easton Walled Gardens is among the elite of heritage attractions in the UK.
