Snowdrops and Spring Bulbs

Don’t worry if you didn’t make it for Snowdrop Week, there’s more to come…

Firstly, we’d like to say a huge ‘thank you’ to everyone who visited during Snowdrop Week, all 3000 of you! It is such a pleasure to share our gardens with you.

If you didn’t make it last week, don’t worry, we open for the season on Wednesday 1st March and there will still be snowdrops around as well as many, many more spring bulbs.

On the 26th of March, it’s Mothering Sunday and what better place to spend Mother’s Day than in the ‘lost gardens’ of Lincolnshire. March is beautiful at Easton, at the beginning of the month there may still be drifts of snowdrops followed by action in the cedar and mini meadows featuring species tulips, anemone blanda and crocuses. A fine spring day is the perfect time to experience the awakening of these 400-year-old gardens. And just in case you needed more persuasion, we have free copies of The English Garden Magazine to give away to the first 100 Mum’s that visit!
