Spanish Tapas Evening with Linda Hewett!

Fresh from the success of Linda’s delicious Italian Supper Evening in June, we are very excited to announce a relaxing evening of tapas and sangria in the gardens this September.
Come and join us for an informal afternoon in the kitchen cooking a delicious range of Spanish Tapas dishes under the expert eye of chef and baker Linda Hewett. She will take you through a fantastic menu of tasty tapas dishes to be eaten and shared together in the garden. You’ll also make a delicious loaf of bread to take home with you.
Using fresh and local ingredients, you will learn to cook a range of dishes including Patatas Bravas, Gambas Ajillo (king prawns in garlic oil and parsley), Los Pollos (Chicken Wings with Cumin, Lemon and Garlic), Albondigas (Spanish Meatballs) and Aioli (Garlic Mayonaise) to name a few. You will then share all this delicious food over a glass of wine or sangria at a candlelit table decorated with flowers picked from the garden.
This will be a relaxed and friendly way to prepare food together and enjoy making new recipes. All the recipes are simple and easy to adapt, making them ideal for entertaining friends and family at home too! Linda Hewett is an expert bread maker, chef and inspirational demonstrator with many years experience. Linda has worked in an award winning bakery and supported celebrity chefs. She regularly presents at food shows, local radio stations and writes articles for magazines. Years of travel and kitchen experiences provide rich pickings for humour, passion and how to troubleshoot home baking.
