TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to your Mouse Loyalty Card (“The Mouse Card”). These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of your Mouse Card and govern the relationship between The Easton Estate (“The Estate”, “we” or “us”) and you. Use of your Mouse Card will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You must therefore read them carefully. 1. THE MOUSE CARD LOYALTY SCHEME MEMBERSHIP

  • Our Mouse Card is our way to show our appreciation for your loyalty by rewarding you every time you visit us. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. Each Mouse Card User must only use the Mouse Card in accordance with the Scheme rules.
  • Each Mouse Card is personal to the Cardholder to whom it is issued and neither the Mouse Card nor the reward can be used by or transferred to any other person. If you need to change any of the details you have registered with your Mouse Card, please contact us by telephone on 01476530063 between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 during Monday to Friday, or by e-mail at [email protected]
  • The Mouse Card scheme is free to join and is open to anyone aged 18 or over, who is resident in the UK and provides valid and accurate personal information when joining. Once you have joined the scheme, you will be entitled to the rewards and benefits of membership as set out herein or in promotional materials.
  • Joining is by filling out a form onsite, with full name, address, telephone and email being a pre-requisite of being given a Mouse Card. All those purchasing a Friends of Easton Walled Gardens membership card will automatically receive a Mouse Card and receipt of said Mouse Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Estate will not be liable for any costs or losses which arise in connection with the programme being cancelled or amended.
  • Members will be informed of any significant changes to the loyalty scheme by email or via our website. Continued use of the Mouse Card will constitute your acceptance of any such changes to terms and conditions.

2. REWARDS POINTS AND MEMBER BENEFITS

  • Customers who collect 7 stamps can claim one free hot drink from either The Coffee Room or from The Applestore on presentation of a fully stamped Mouse Card.
  • One stamp will be awarded when purchasing a hot drink form The Coffee Room or Applestore. Only one stamp per transaction will be awarded, even if more than one hot drink is purchased in that transaction.
  • To receive and redeem stamps on your Mouse Card you must first register with us onsite.
  • Stamps can be earned on the purchase of all hot beverages in The Coffee Room and in The Applestore at Easton Walled Gardens.
  • Stamps are not awarded on the purchase of cold drinks, food, with any gift vouchers, nor any purchase in The Courtyard Shop or Griffin of Easton.
  • Stamps awarded may be reduced from time to time at our discretion. Any reward stamps earned on purchases which are subsequently cancelled or refunded will be deducted from the Mouse Card.
  • In order to earn reward stamps on purchases, the Mouse Card must be presented in person at the time of purchase. If you forget your Mouse Card, we will issue you with a new one and you can use it with you existing one in future. If you have lost your Mouse Card, please see 4 below.
  • Loyalty stamps have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or credit.
  • Valid Mouse Card stamps can be redeemed for one free hot drink at any time by presenting a valid, completed Mouse Card at point of purchase.
  • The free hot drink will not be eligible for a stamp.
  • On receipt of the free hot drink, the completed Mouse Card should be handed in at the point of purchase, where the customer will be given a new, unstamped Mouse Card.
  • Please note that stamps cannot be earned for: any purchase made using a reward coupon; store credit or merchandise credit; or the purchase of a hot drink with a gift voucher of any kind. All other purchases will be qualifying purchases.

3.CANCELLATION, TERMINATION AND EXPIRY

  • Cancellation and redemption: You have the right to cancel your Mouse Card at any time by returning it to Easton Walled Gardens.  On receipt of the Mouse Card any stamps will be forfeited and any stamps value cancelled.  Your Mouse Card will no longer be able to be used.
  • Your Mouse Card does not have an expiry date, but we reserve the right to cancel the scheme without notice.
  • We reserve the right to terminate any customer’s membership of the Mouse Card Scheme in the event of fraud, abuse of rewards privileges, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or at our discretion.  In certain instances where the member is suspected of abusing the Mouse Card Scheme that member’s unused stamps will be cancelled. Deletion of stamps is final and cannot be reversed.
  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the Mouse Card Scheme on reasonable notice. Such changes will be posted on our website.  The amended terms will apply to the use of your Mouse Card.

4.LOSS, THEFT AND DAMAGE

  • The Estate is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged Mouse Cards.  However, if you register your Mouse Card with us, we will replace any lost, stolen or damaged Mouse Cards with a new Mouse Card.  Your replacement Mouse Card will be posted to your registered home address only. All previous stamps will be forfeited in this instance. If you subsequently find or retrieve your Mouse Card which you have reported lost or stolen, you can continue to use it, with the existing stamps.

5.DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT 

  • In order to participate in our Mouse Card Scheme, members are required to provide personal details to register. This information will be processed in accordance with our data protection policies.
  • You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by the Estate, the Mouse Card Scheme, and Easton Walled Gardens, only in accordance with the Estate’s Privacy Statement.
  • We would like to reassure you that your details are safe with us and will never be released to any other external companies or third party groups for their marketing purposes.
  • We will use your personal details to send you information about your Mouse Card and details of any future or current promotions. If at any time you would like us to stop sending you e-mails, please let us know and we will do so immediately.
